Got part way through setting up an account - but when verifying the email address etc - then got a window asking me for numbered charactors from my securitycode to finally activate my account. I just cannot remember this.

How / where can I get this information?

OK - forget the first post. I did remember the code and have entered this in.

 

I still cannot log in to back-up and sync - I just get a tab with learn more.

Is this facility only applicable to IS or Complete?

The Backup & Sync is only available to WSA-Complete licenses.  

 

I am glad you got the Security Code figured out, but here is a link to help out in the future if that should happen again.
