Hi There,

A few weeks ago, we had a potential client come to us and tell us that our site was being blocked by WebRoot. We ran a few tests with WebRoots site (www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php) and sure enough our category was labelled under adult films and pornography. We asked for them to change the category (which was done. YAY!!) We ran a bunch of other tests on sites and no other problems turned up, everything was good.

The client two days later said the site was working on his end, so we moved on with our lives.

Well today ( a couple of weeks later), the same client emailed us saying our site was blocked again. I just ran another test, and it seems everything is okay. So I guess I'm a wee bit confused why it would be blocked still on his end, after it was okay a couple of weeks ago.

Is there something else we need to be doing to get unblocked? Any help or suggestions at this point would awesome because I'm clueless on what to do next.

Our site is called McElroyfilms.com.

Cheers!

Tara

Hi pettar2462

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Are you a WSA user or is it your customer only? The reason I ask is that the best approach would be to Open a Support Ticket to notify the Support Team of the issue so that they can investigate it and hopefully resolve it. However, to do so I believe that one needs to be a user of WSA.

If not a user then you can look to contact Support by phone...details can be found HERE for both UK-based & US-based support.

I hope that helps in some way?

Regards, Baldrick
Awesome! Thanks Baldrick!!

I just used the open a support ticket link you sent and that went through. hopefully they can point me in the right direction on what to do next. I great appreciate it. :)

Cheers,

Tara

You are most welcome, Tara...that is one of the main reasons the Community is here...to help out when we can. :D

Hope that the matter gets cleared up for you really quickly.

Regards, Baldrick
