Can you try a 'Clean" install and see if that helps the problem?

Can you try a 'Clean" install and see if that helps the problem?
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

From where do I get the key code?
Hi heindejong
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Your key code should have been inlcuded in the email you receive if you purchase online or should be on or in the box the CD came in if you purchased a boxed version. There are different format of code depending on where you purchased but in general it will be of a format "AAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEE", although please note that each of the grouping can be a mixture of charactes and/or numerics.
If you still cannot find the keycode based on the above, and you have set up you Web Console (online account) then click on this link to access it, sign in as prompted, confim the logon by entering the requested characters from your security code and you should be taken into the console page.
If you then click on the down arrow to the right of your email address (in the top right hand corner of the page) you should be presented with a dropdown menu from which you should select 'Managae keycodes'. Doing that should take you to the 'Manage keycodes' page and you should be able to read off your keycode from the line of information there...it will be on the extremely lefthand side of the page...most probably in the format that I have detailed above.
Please do let us know if the above is of assistance and how you get on with the advice given to you by David.
Regards, Baldrick
