Do Ineed Malwarebytes if I have Webroot SecureAnywhere?

I don't recommend to use WSA with MBAM v3.(latest - 3.0.5.1299) | added new features to MBAM(ransomware protection,anti-exploit) - it can cause conflict with WSA

 

 
I am not very knowledgable about these things , so I assume tou are saying that WSA protects me.
