Hello i have a Mac also and I cannot duplicate this senerio. Would you please check your Premmission in the Disk Utility as shown here by going to the Dock and opening Disk Utility/ First Aid/ Verify Disk Permission/Repair Disk Permissions/
See if this corrects your issue. If not Please issue a Support Ticket Here
This Verifying will take a few minutes to Verify and then time to Repair Pemmissions
Please let us know if you get this resolved! If you have anymore questions do not hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Can you have a look here with the program running to see if any of it processes are Monitored: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/575/Changing-Active-Process-Settings if so move it to allow and Submit a Support Ticket and they can have a look at your scan log and Whitelist any Unknown files which could be causing the problem.
Thanks,
Daniel ;)
EDIT: I see Sherry our Mac Expert has posted before I did so follow her instructions. 😉

I checked my active permissions and didn't find it located there, or found anything blocking the services.. But if its being blocked then they can uncheck it to allow so your advice is extremely solid!
:D
