Sorry you are having problems with your Support Ticket. It’s been taking between 24 to 48 hours for Support Ticket to return a reply, sometimes more due to the COVID 19. Webroot Employees are working from home. Also note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.

Please note that every time you comment on that ticket without having a support response, your ticket gets pushed to the bottom of the queue. Please refrain from repeatedly responding on those tickets and allow support to get back to you.
If you don’t hear from them within a day or two from now, please Private Message me with the email attached to your webroot account.
