I probably expected to much, but I thought WSA would evaluate monitored programs and move them to safe on its own when known safe. Adguard set in monitored files until I contacted support and they changed it to allowed. Then the next day it had a program update and it has been in monitored again since then. On my wifes computer it never changed from from monitored

at all but I never called on that computer. Macrium Reflect had a update awhile back and still has a file in [u] status. I think these have to be common programs on computers on the cloud. I can't see any good in having to contact support on these things and then they update it. I wonder if the cloud is really reacting at all without support updating it when you contact them.I am in the process of looking at other options for our two computers to be honest. Thanks for your time.
Hello @

It is perfectly common for files to remain Unknown - it is nothing to worry about unless the Unknown file is malicious, or if an Unknown file that is being monitored is causing issues with the associated application. We do whitelist applications, but that is secondary to classifying malware.

I've located your support ticket and will get whitelists created for the apps mentioned.

Thanks for the reply! Then I guess the less I look the better off I'm going to be. Thanks again.
It never hurts to look, and it doesn't hurt to whitelist apps either...

I got those apps whitelisted for you, and future updates should be covered.
