Hello jadeph,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
Depending on what browser or browsers you are using does this happen in all browsers or have you tried a different browser to see if you still have issues.
Please have a look at some information here, https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html and go here
https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1081842 and here is one in some help on the FF help site.https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/977374
Also depending what browser you are using you might need to install the latest the latest Adobe FlashPlayer and the latest version of FF and Chrome has it own flashplayer installed.
Make sure you uncheck any addons with the install of Adobe Flasher Player
If you still have problems then please submit that support ticket that Petr has advised.
Hope this helps!
Kind Regards
