The real answer is that, you have the option to choose to run McAfee alongside SecureAnywhere if you wish. But my advice would be that using SecureAnywhere alone is more than enough to keep you safe. Webroot is lighter with less resources where you can set it and forget about it.

 

Wewbroot is built so that it can easily run along side another AntiVirus.
