Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Once WSA is installed or any other AV Windows Defender will turn itself off on it's own after a reboot. See here for more info: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/What-s-the-difference-between-the-new-Windows-Defender-and/ta-p/13852 and just in case you want to keep Defender on with WSA: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/How-to-Run-WSA-alongside-Windows-Defender-on-Windows-8-Windows-8/ta-p/23058
Thanks,
Daniel 😉
