I have used Webroot happily for years, and find the Support very helpful.  On my question (about additional antivrus protection), have you any advice?
Hello sidneywhitaker1505, I also have been using Webroot for many years. Webroot can be run alongside another AV also. I don't see the need for it since WSAC has protected me many years without an infection. Sometimes I do run another AV to test for computability with Webroot (beta). But most of the time I run only WSA only. The choice is yours. 😃
Hi sidney

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may add...to what ProTruckDriver has already advised...from my experience AVG is quite invasive of a system when installed which does not bode well should you at any point decide that you wish to rely on WSA alone.  Now if you have imaging capabilities you could always make an image, install AVG, check it out...I do not think that yo would find it has anything in terms of features that are bette than those that WSA has...and then revert back to the prior image.

Bottom line is...as PTD said...WSA plays well with almost all other main security apps...so the choice is very much yours.

Do let us know what you decide.

Regards, Baldrick
