I have been a web root customer for several years. It's a great virus protection outfit, but I always have trouble registering a second or third machine, although I purchased that option. Does anyone else have this issue?
Hello Zac2009

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Could you give me some information with what issues you are having. Are you having trouble adding the keycode to your 2 and 3 rd machine? Can you tell me what version that you have purchased from Webroot. Did you purchase WebrootSecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus for 3 devices?
I enter my keycode and it takes me to a page that has several products to buy, but it doesn't seem to have anywhere to register additional machines.  I renewed my subscription several months ago on machine one, and now I need to renew for my number two machine. There doesn't seem to be a place to do this.

Sherry,

Sorry. I should have read your reply more  thoroughly. Here is what is printed on my receipt.

1

Webroot SecureAnywhere®️ AntiVirus 5 Device 1 Year Renewal.

I am on the East Coast and am going to bed now. I have to be up at 5 am.

Thanks,

Hello Zac2009,

Would you try this below to add your keycode to Webroot for your second machine?

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere.

  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.

  3. Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.

Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription. You may choose to copy and paste your keycode when prompted, to ensure that the characters are entered correctly.

If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.

Please let me know if this doesn't help or you can always Submit a Support Ticket and they can straighten this out for you free of charge.

EDITED:

(Also if you use Password Manager and Backup and Sync you will need to contact support to have these transfered from your old keycode to the new keycode)

No problem! Did you purchase a renewal from Best Buy Or from Webroot online renewal? Did you receive a new keycode?

You must have Webroot SA Complete for 5 devices then.
