does webroot scan fglashdrives and external hard disks connected to computer

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Yes...Just go to My Computer and Right Click on the USB Drive and Click Scan with Webroot from the context menu!
Are you asking if Webroot can scan an external drive? You cannot change the default scanning of the C drive but you can maually scan an external drive.
