Welcome to the Community Forums.
To add what Jeff advised...check the notification tray area...if WSA is installed and running correctly you should see a Green 'W' icon...that tells you that WSA is active...any other colour and there is an issue that you need to investigate. A Green 'W'...with a yeloow padlock indicates that WSA is protecting your browsing.
Please take a look at this for more details...point 11. relates/illustrates the above.
