Suddenly, I cannot download anything on my computer. Nothing at all. The computer tells me the security settings on my computer will not permit the download. How can I remedy this?

Hi baxiques
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am assuming that you are a PC user and that you are not using a 3rd party app to download as WSA could be blocking such an app...which is rare but possible?
So probably the best thing to do is to try to factor WSA out of the equation by uninstalling it but before you do you should download a new copy of the installer (here for Webroot & here for Best Buy version). Then uninstall WSA (from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs option, or from Start > All Programs > Webroot SecureAnywhere > Tools > Uninstall Webroot) and REBOOT.
Then try very quickly to see if you can download something from a site you consider safe, i.e., try downloading WSA again from the relevant linkl already provided. If you manage to start the download process or not cancel it (as you do not have WSA protecting you) and then ASAP reinstall WSA (using the new copy of the installer downloaded previously making sure that you have a copy of your keycode available), then REBOOT.
Then try downloading from the same site again. If you can now download then we do not know what the issue was; it could have been WSA but the reinstall has resolved the issue. :D
If you could still not download before the reinstall then it is not WSA, and there is a need to look elsewhere, but if you could download before the reinstall and connot now that WSA is installed again it would seem that WSA is the culprit and we need to consider other options.
Please try the above and post back as to the results and we can then see if there is any further action to be taken.
