Well in reality no it will not as it depends on Internet hardware Modem/Firewall Router and if you have Windows Firewall on as WSA's firewall is only outbound see here for more info:  http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4a_ManagingFirewall.htm also make sure you have a very strong password to your email account and you should be fine with WSA.
