Everytime I access my email (rogers) I am advised that my email page is not safe, however I enter into it for my messages, has anyone else expeirenced this problem, it only began a few days ago.

One of our gurus here@ also uses rogers so I have tagged him because he would be best IMHO to answer your query. ;)
All I would say whilst waiting is do you have the option to unblock and continue? If so then take it (if you have not already)as this should create a local override and thereafter you should have no further issues re. access. You should also then notify Webroot with a URL Reputation Change Request so they can resolve the issue in the Cloud.

I have not seen this with Rogers/Yahoo online email and WSA causing any issues it could be a message from a Browser that your using and it is a full HTTPS secure site! Can you tell us the OS your using 32bit, 64bit and the Browser your having issues with?
