I purchase Webroot 2015 from Amazon and I have the key code for 2015 software but I don't not how to update or add new key code to my existing Webroot 2014. I have 37 days left on 2014. Do I need to what for old version to expire or is there a way to get 2015 going?

Hello rgrosene, welcome to the Webroot Community!
First of all, regardless of packaging and labels, the actual software when installed will be identical between the 2014 and 2015 versions: WSA always automatically updates to the current version for ALL users, regardless.
Some other vendors may allow you to purchase a 2014 version only a few days before the release of the 2015, and then require you to pay the full purchase price again in order to 'upgrade' to the 2015, Webroot does NOT do that. The 2015 box merely contains any updates that have been made to the core software over the previous 12 months, but someone installing a '2014' version will end up with the exact same software as installing the 2015.
As to how to handle your new key code.. there are a few options, but most likely the easiest for you will be to submit a Trouble Ticket to see if Webroot Support can transfer the days from the new key code to your existing one, extending the current license. This is not always possible depending on if the key codes are for different products (WSA-AV, WSA-Internet Security or WSA-Complete).
