Hello danappofc, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Which version of SecureAnywhere are you using? Which browsers? Is the extension showing as installed in the browsers?
http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/compare
If you have the ISPlus or Complete versions, you may want to install the password toolbar, in addition to the filtering extension.
I would advise a re-install, and that should fix it. Let us know if you have questions. Thanks.
Thanks,

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,

Hi danappofc
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Have you actually gone to your browser's settings, opened the Manage Addons/Extensions and checked to see if there are in fact any Webroot-related addons/extensions installed but bot actually activated? And by the way, which browser are you using as that can be an important factor. If the extensions are listed and you are getting the message EVERY BOOT then what you are describing is far from normal so I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket and let the Support Team take a look at your installation.
Of course the clean reinstallation may have resolved the issue...these sometimes work...but if not then go for the Support Ticket and let us know how you get on, please.
Regards, Baldrick
