Has Webroot found any threats?
If you want to try this if you feel comfortable doing so. This might help.
1. click START
2. type in MSCONFIG and hit ENTER
3. on the window that popped up click the STARTUP tab
4. uncheck the media player one ( might be up to 3 of them ) and click APPLY
5. Services tab , same thing , kill the media player , click apply.
Also check out this Microsoft Help Article HERE and see if this applies to you.
Would you let us know if this was resolved or not?
