Hello everyone,,
I have several sites that I must visit regularly for my work. I have added them to the "exclusion," list, yet alerts are still being generated. Am I missing a step? Do you have a tutorial or article that can help me resolve this frequent and annoying problem.
Other than this issue I am very satisfied with WebRoot and will definately continue to use it.

This doesn’t sound like expected behavior so there may need to be a change in how Webroot is classifying these particular websites. My best recommendation is contacting our support team by phone or email here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/home-contact
Provide them with all necessary details like the names of the websites and the alerts you’re getting. Hopefully they can get this fixed up for you!
