Once in a while I get an e-mail stating that my SecureAnywhere Webroot has expired....I look at the Webroot and it is running as usual. Where are these e-mails coming from?

Hi PatriciaBelle
Welcome to the Community Forums.
To check your subscription just look at the main WSA panel which will indicate the true status of your subscription:
If that is showing 0 days then it has expired, if 30 or less then it is expiring...anything else then you have time....please check this and if you haver time left I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket and foreward the email to the Support Team so that they can investigate why you are getting this and who from.

Did you ever register with a different email or using a different keycode? If so it could be the old expired keycode that is triggering these messages.
Good point, Nic
Had not thought of that one. ;)
