The current version and virus definitions are picking up ON1 Photo Raw 2019 installation files and creating corrupt installs. You can download the trial for testing at their website. Specifically the area I had repeatable isses with were files in the following directory:
C:ProgramDataON1Common 2019CameraProfiles

I use ON1 products also and i know they are a reputable company.
If I were you I would Submit a Support Ticket and let them know the situation so they can have an opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
