I got your service when I was dealing with FASTFIX123.  I Can't seem to contact them.  Are they still in business?
Hello vgcarlton, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.

It is both unnecessary and inadvisable to deal with these 'support' type companies, and Webroot operates a complete Support system for all paid subscribers.

In fact, there are many scams around, and one must be careful.

Please read  this in particular, and there's more info in these threads:  https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Beware-of-US-based-Tech-Support-Scams/m-p/136427#M7624

Hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Your best bet it to contact Support in regard to this.
Apparently Fastfix123 has gone out of business all of a sudden.  If you contact Webroot support then they'll help you out and issue you a replacement keycode so that you can get support for our product through us.  Unfortunately we can't help you with any general computer issues like you were getting from Fastfix123 - I'm not sure what their plan is for existing customers or whether you are out of luck, unfortunately.

Here's how to get in touch with our support:

I too purchased webroot from this company when I had a possible malicious virus on my PC. They removed the virus, installed Windows 10, did a general overhaul on my PC, but forgot to register my purchase with Webroot. I am now out some money.

According to glassdoor.ca http://www.glassdoor.ca/Reviews/Fast-Fix-123-Reviews-E937911.htm from a former employee as of June 22, 2015 this company has gone out of business.

If you call in to our support we'll give you a replacement keycode.  Unfortunately we can't do anything about the money you are out with them, but we want to make sure our part of the deal is covered.
