I just bought a code for a game from Wild Tangent. I have already downloaded the game and played it for the trial version. No problem there.
Now I am trying to put in the unlock code and it won't unlock. The game company says that its probably the firewall.
(I am not at that computer now so I can't check the allowed list that I found on this forum). Does that sound like the problem? Would it be under the "Protected Applications" or "Control Active Processes"?
Thanks!

Hi beth76
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I suspect that it would actually be under the Identity Protection tab; if you click on the gear/cog and then on Application Protection, and from the list displayed check to see if yo ucan see any Wild Tanget component listed. If you do then check to the right of that entry to make sure that it is not marked as protected, and if it is change it to either 'Protected' or 'Allow'.
For more information on the differences in the settings please see this page of the online help test.
Hope that helps?
