Hi - I have a problem with the web screen that you get after clicking on Get Customer support and then send a message to the customer team.

It shows an email address that contains a typo. I could have mistyped my email at some point. It doesn't give you a chance to correct it.

My account shows the correct email, and the same screen shows the correct email on other pc's covered by my license.

My problem occurs on my primary pc. There does not seem to be any way to fix this, as if I ask for help from tech support I assume an answer would go to the incorrect email (which doesn't exist).

Is this email stored in some cookie that I can delete? Is there any other solution?

Many thanks

Hi Again, @

I just wanted to mention that I did this to a friend of mine's computer when installing webroot and I put inn the wrong email address and the next day I had to reactivate Webroot and then I corrected the email address and it went through. Not sure if you activated yours or not? Just a thought.

Regards,
Thanks but my subscription has been active for about 7 months.
