i get logged out every time i click on a pc in my securty concle. I have one of them infected and i want to send a comand for it to do a scan.

If at all possible I would try to physically get onto the 'infected' computer and run the scan locally rather than from the console, and if the issue persists then I would Open a Suhttps://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asppport Ticket so that the Support Team can look into the issue for you, as the Console is cloud hosted and therefore access is from the back office.
