Hello JLA
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
This is a known issue that is affecting some users. The Support Team are working away at trying to provide a fix. For more infromation on this and for details of a potential fix (onlyseems to work for some userts who try it) please see this previous thread.
Webroot is indeed protecting you despite what the Security Center states, and that it only relates to how the Security Centrer plays with WSA...which results in the annoying messages.
Hope this helps?

As I asked in the other forum, when can we expect to see a fix for this? This has been happening since at least the Feb update to Windows 10.
(2nd Tuesday of February) Needless to say a lot of us are losing patience. These notifications interrupt any full screen applications you may have running and can be quite distracting.
