Hi my name is joeann . I have webroot secure anywhere on my computer and on my iphone 2 weeks ago on my computer i got a thing from FBI I had been hacked, now today on my iphone i got a message 2 times from a BRPSD said my iphone was hacked and where was my security . WHAT DO I NEED TO DO???

THIS IS A SCAM!! Do not give out any personal information.
If you clicked anything links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any web sites please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP. (Now would be a good idea....)
For your iPhone I would contact my phone carrier and report this! Resetting your phone and changing your passwords would help alot in my opinion.
For your Computer it's best to install an Ablocker like Adblock Plus for most Browsers: https://adblockplus.org/
Please issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
