Recently I've noticed during web searches on my iMac the green "webroot reputation services" circle next to each listed item is gray with a notification "unable to connect to webroot reputation services." Is anyone else having similar issues and is there a fix?

Thank you..
Hello FastEddie,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Can you reboot your system? See if that brings back the green checks in your browser.

What browser are you using? Safari,Chrome, Firefox?

You might need to  Submit a Support Ticket and they can have a look for you free of charge with a active Webroot subscription.

Hello Sherri,

Thank you for your reply.  I've rebooted numerous times to no avail.  I'm using Safari.  They were there one day and gone the next.

I"ll submit a ticket, as soon as I figure out how.  Thanks again for your reply.

Hello (again) Sherry,

What I failed to mention was I'm using Safari with Google as my search engine.  I"ve noticed the green checks are missing from Google's search and only remain for searches conducted in Bing.

Thanks again for your recommendation and I've submitted a help ticket.

Hi ?

Sorry this is still happening.

The only other advice I do have is that you could uninstall Webroot and reinstall again and that will bring back the Webroot Extension. I can give you exact instructions to do that if you'd like. But Support might be the best way to go.

Also have you looked in Safari/Preferences to see if the webfilter extension is enabled there?

OR if the Webroot Webilter is missing in Safari, we do have a fix but you need to be technically sauve to do this. Please look at this post. https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Webfilter-extension-not-installed-in-Safari/m-p/223422#M14340

Otherwise your best option is to Submit that Support Ticket and they can fix this issue for you quickly.

Oops we crossed paths with my previous post. Yes that's the best thing to do is submitting that support ticket.

Let us know if this gets resolved ok?

And you are most welcome!
