Has anyone experienced long hold times on Webroot technical support? Say more than 30 mins

The queues are probably backed up because it is Monday morning and people who had an issue over the weekend are calling in. You can either try again later in the day or the week, or you can submit a ticket online and then they'll email you back and you don't have to wait on hold:

Apparently, nothing in 5 years has changed… approaching 60 minutes on hold with no end in sight. Will have to abandon this call as I have a meeting coming up. This is par for the course. More and more people are discovering that antivirus software is useless for the most part anyway. When we make software decisions, we start with support availability and go from there. Webroot is pretty low on our list.
