As Sheery has intinated we need a little more information to be able to work out how, if at all, we can help out here.

 

From my perspective I would like to know what security software your new PC came with...usually a new machine comes with a trial or a preloaded security app and we need to know if that is the case.  You should have a sticker stuck to the machine or it should be inlcuded as part of the 'bumpf' that one gets with a new machine...usually it will be an offer to spend more money by extending the subscription past the interoductory offer.

 

And if you can find that then was it Webroot SeucreAnywhere?

 

All additional information will be most helpful.
