Well, that appears to depend on which version of WSA you are running but to keep i simple you should be able to see the number of days of subscription that are left on you active subscription by just looking at the main app panel where you should see centrally a number next to the literal 'Subscription'

 

If that does not show (remember I said that versions may differ in what they show) then the next place to look is under the 'My Account' tab; click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of that tab, in the main app panel, and that should open up a new page at the tab 'Keycode' and the information that you seek should be visible on the bottom left had side.
