I HAVE TURNED DOWN THE NOISE AND AM NOT DOING ANTHING AT THE MOMENT. THE ALERT IS TELLING ME I NEED TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER 888-553-6607 AND NOT TO SHUT DOWN MY COMPUTER. I THEN RAN A SCAN WITH WEBROOT. AT THIS MOMENT, IT SHOWS NO THRAETS DETECTED. OF COURSE I AM THINKING THIS IS A SCAM. BUT, I DON'T WANT TO CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS TO MY COMPUTER, BECAUSE I HIT SOME STUPID KEY OR ???. PLEASE HELP ME ON WHAT IS GOING ON. THANK YOU CW
