Webroot SecureAnywhere is fully compatible with other mainstream antivirus products and
will work alongside any existing antivirus software to detect and remove any threats it
misses, and to protect your financial and personal information.

Question answered. Thank you...
Yes! Malwarebytes runs nicely along side of Webroot Secure Anywhere and I also found a way to make Webroot Secure Anywhere whitelist applications that it doesn't know about! Under "Advanced Setings" then on the side pane, "Heuristics" Select the last feature, "Warn if any new program executes that is not specifically whitelisted".
Now when you try to run an unkown program, Webroot will display a message that that program is not listed in the Webroot Database and it will automatically block it in xxx seconds (don't remember the exact amount of seconds).
Hope that helps you and everyone here in the Community out!

'Warn when any new program executes that is not specifically whitelisted' would get extremely annoying and is not necessary with advanced Webroot Intelligence Network and journaling capabilities.
Journaling will log the behaviors of any .exe that has not yet been identified by Webroot as 'Good'. Unknown files will be journaled for possible remediation in any case.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP ON THAT! Just thought I'd try it out! Yes it might be annoying for the pop ups but for me it lets me know what is trying to execute! Thanks for replying!
