This is for personal use, actually. I recently bought Webroot SecureAnywhere for 2016, and it's not showing up in my account. I need it to show up there, online, in my account. Also, the Webroot System thinks I purchased Webroot Internet Security and is sending me emails going on about how it's going to expire soon and I need to buy it again. I only want to keep my current SecureAnywhere program and I do not wish to purchase or update my subscription to Internet Security. Please help me with this, maybe I could talk to Webroot Customer Service? If you have an email for them? Thanks.

Hi karencole37
Welcome to the Community Forums.
You had a subscription for the Internet Security Plus version, if I understand your post correctly? That was/is expiring and instead of renewing that subscription you have purchase a new subcription for the Antivirus version which you have installed/activated?
If the above is correct then the exipry messages are coming through due to the fact that Webroot provide a 30 day grace period from expiry to allow users to renew their cover. Activating the Antivirus version does not cancel the previous subscription and therefore you will continue to receive the expiry-related messages until the 30 day grace period expires or you contact the Support Team and ask then to cancel the Internet Security Plus subscription (to do so please Open a Support Ticket).
Hope that helps further?
Regards, Baldrick
