Hi. I renewed my webroot subscription online yet it still shows EXPIRED
What do I do now? I can't sign into my account because I don't remember the password OR email address I used.

Is ithis a Best Buy/The Geek Squad purchase or a direct from Webroot or from another retailer?
If from Best Buy then the renewal actually only occurs on the expiry date and then it can take 24 - 48 hours before the Webroot back office systems are updated (transfer of information from Best Buy to Webroot).
If not Best Buy then it can still take a little time for the back office systems to get updated...so depending on exactly when you made the renewal I would wait a few hours, and if this is still the case then I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate for you.
If you have forgotten your email address associated with Webroot then maybe I can@ and see if he can check the back office. Otherwise you will have to contact the Sales Team at 1-866-612-4268, Monday through Friday from 7am-8pm or Saturday and Sunday from 7am-6pm. or Best Buy at 1800GeekSquad
If you have forgotten your password to your online Account Console you would need your email address first and once you have that you can click on the Account Console and you will see can't log in. Then follow the prompts.
Here is the PC User Guide. if you need some guidance.
I also would like to point out that even though it says 'expired' you are still protected by a grace period of 30 days...to cater for just such an eventuality.

ok thank you. Yes it was an original webroot disk from BestBuy but honestly it's been so long that we've been using webroot that I don'y remember if I renewed online last time or bought a new disk.

Well lets see if our moderator Nic can find out for you what your email address is? But don't you have an e-mail address that you use all the time? If not lets see if Nic can look up your keycode tomorrow. You will probably have to PM him with the keycode.
You can find your keycode by opening up Webroot in the task bar View Status and to the right click on My Account.
