Welcome to the Community Forum mb8982mb!

I would like to mention you can also Google how to clean up your windows 8.

I have a couple of links for you to check out for Disk Cleaning and for IE. Here and Here

Please let us know if you need anymore help and we will try to further assist you.

Best Regards,
Hi mb8982mb

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have yo urun a scan with WSA?  If so did it detect anything or not?  If so then please let us know the results.  If not then have you noticed anything in particular re. this other than you are unable to run YouTube videos?  Are you seeing any unepected popups?  Is to please do advise also.

Another thing that you can do is to open Task Manager; right click on the Task Bar and select Task Manager from the context menu displayed.  Once Task Manager opens make sure that yo are looking at the larger detailed version rather than the summary window...if yo are in summary mode you will see an option for more details in the bottom left hand corner of the window.  Click on that.

Once you haver the detailed view click on the header of the column entitled Memory so that the file using the largest amount of memory is at the top (with the smaller users decending), not the names of the two largest files and the memory that each is consuming and post that back here.

Many thanks, Baldrick
