How can I download a new subscription with days left on my old subscription? I brought the new subscription at Target rather than purchase online.

If you have the AV only may I ask what you purchased would it be the same or one of the other 2 versions? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/ if it is the same the AV only just add the new keycode when it's time and it will do a scan and that's it see here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode.htm also did you set up your online console? If not please do so Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console and add the new Keycode in there and when you first use the new keycode then the time will start counting down.
