I have just installled the Anti-virus software on my PC. The console shows a greyed out place for a second PC and says it will appear in minutes after I download the software and scan it. It seemed obvious that I had to do this on the other PC, since it is not on a network with the first one, though they are connected to the same modem. I went thtough the whole procedure on the other PC and got the same picture. I now have two keycodes listed in my account, but the same picture appears on each computer and they do not seem to be linked. What must I do?

Hi haroldl
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What you are reporting sounds quite normal to me as you have purchased TWO keycodes, and it sounds like each of the PC has WSA installed on it using a different keycode.
Now I do not know how many devices your WSA AntiVirus licenses are for; checking on the Webroot site I see that you can pirchase for 1 or 3 devices. So if one of your licenses is for 3 devices then you can quickly experiment/prove this by going to the WSA Activation tab for the PC not covered by that license and entering the 3 device keycode.
If you then run a scan and then check your console you should see TWO devices registered under the 3 device license keycode and none under the other keycode. But that presupposes that you have not purchase/got two single device licenses. If that is the case then I would contact Webroot Sales/Open a Support Ticket and see if there is anything that they can do to merge the two and issue you with a multi device keycode (not sure if and what the cost implications would be if that is at all possible).
Of, course I may have gotten completely the wrong end of the stick here, and if so then please post back to correct my undertanding of your issue, so that I may look to help you further.
