SOmehow my mobile device has become by console. How do I make my Pc the console decice?

Thanks for your response but I need to explain a bit more to you. In trying to follow your advise.I firtly I had a free copy of WSA on my mobile not the purchased one. So I just deleted the app as it did not have Web Console.Then followed the rest of your instructions. But still can't access Console from Webroot on my PC but can when logged into my account from Webroot website. I then see PC Security but is shows "Buy PC Security" which I already have. Mobile Security still shows "Go to Mobile Security" which no longer exists.
Any new ideas would be gratefully received.

i am am sorry to hear you are still having issues.Can you try this below and see if this will straighten out Webroot for you?
Please follow the steps closely!
If this doesn't help then I think at this point that you should contact the Support Team by Submitting a Support ticket which is free of charge with an active subscription. They will certainly get this straightened out for you.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Uninstall would not accept my password, although thought I'd typed it correctly, Went into MyAccount from Webroot and logged in okay with the same password as used when trying to uninstall, While in MyAccounr I changed the password. Went back to uninstall and it woukd not accept the new password. Will reboot my PC and try again. I'll let you know how I get on.
