Your best course of action, if you are a WSA user, is to Open a Support Ticket and let the Support Team investigate and then remediate the issue for you.  This is not a virus but rather a non-malware program we call a PUA or Potentially Unwanted Application, and its removal can be rather difficult for the uninitiated.
