I did all the recommendations for Chrome... but since I don't use explorer, do I have to do the explorer steps? Also, is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening in the future? I mean, if webroot and malwarebytes can't even find it or prevent it... ????
If you read the Article it says PUA's are piggyback onto some software so when installing any software make sure to choose Custom if there is and if not make sure you uncheck any unwanted add-ons during install. But if you get a real bad one that you can't remove then it's best to Contact Support and they will add detection!@ wrote:

Just to add from your first post it can't steal any private info as WSA will stop it from doing so and yes even if infected see this short Video! https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-Education/What-Happens-if-Webroot-quot-Misses-quot-a-Virus/ta-p/10202
Thanks,
