In trying to install windows 10 the download stiopped advising that I had to remove Symantec Enpoint Protection. I verified that I did not have sumantec endpoint installed and tried again. I am still receiving the same message---Symanted endpoint protection must 1st be removed. How can I get windows 10 installed. Could trhis be refering to my Web root protection?
I am tryuing to update from a screen offer to upodate to windows 10.
