My internet provider sent an email stating my computer was infected with a BOT.  I must say, I am having numerous problems with freeze ups and extremely slow loading. I was also surprised that WEBROOT didn't pick it up during a scan. What should I do?

It would be best:

1. Contact your ISP to confirm the message came from them.

2. Submit a Support Ticket so Webroot can look at your logs to make sure your malware free.
