Hello wmmaxwell, Welcome to the Community Forums. :D
One can renew one's subscription either using the link available under the 'My Account' tab in the WSA client or via these links to the Webroot website:
US: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/renewal
UK: https://www.webroot.com/gb/en/renewal
depending on where you are located.
The renewal mechanism gives you the option to not only renew as is but also to amend your subscription, and while one can change the number of devices covered there are limitations, as far as I am aware that I believe restrict the numbers to 1, 3 or 5 depending on version...the renewal process will display what options are open to you and so my suggestion is to try the process and see what those options are.
If the options available do not suit then you can try phoning the Sales team in your country (US: 1-866-612-4268 / UK:+44 (0) 870 141 7070) to see if there is anything further that they can do for you 'manually'.
I hope that helps,
Dave 😉

I was wondering if I enter my new Key Code earlier than the date of expiration, will I lose the remaing 29 days on my current WRSA subscription? I'd like to mute the "30 days to Expiration Warning" that started yesterday and I already have purchased a new keycode ready to go. Thanks.
Hi RRodYes, you will lose the balance on the current key code when entering an activating a new keycode. In this circumstances it is best to wait until the last minute before entering & activating the new keycode. Also, there is no way to mute the expiration warning message, even when you enter the new keycode as it is tied to the current keycode and will only go away either after you have renewed that keycode or the 30 days grace period after expiry has ended.Regards, Baldrick
Okay, I'll wait as advised .... thanks for the help!
thanks Dave....another question, I want to add two phones to my plan...do I need to call for this? My phones are androds.
You are most welcome...glad to help. :D@ wrote:

Welcome to the Community Forums.
For how to install and 'add' Android devices please first review this Knowledge Base article covering making sure that you identify & download the correct Android version , as which you can use is defined by the license you have for the PC version of WSA.
For guidance on installation under Android please review this excellent prior post from one of our senior memeber
I should just point out at this time that you will need to have a subscription for at least as many devices as you would like to/can cover. That is of course excepting the devices (android) where the recommendation is to install/use the free version of the mobile app.
I hope that covers it or at least gives you plenty to go with, and then if there are any gaps or questions then please post back and one of us will be happy to help you out further.
Regards, Baldrick
