Please look here http://www.webroot.com/us/en/renewal

 

Or open Webroot menu from the system tray and on the lower right side click on My Account cog. and then you will see upgrade/renew.

If I may just add to what Sherry has posted...you may want to check as to whether you have the auto renewal option on your account, or not.
