Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,

Please read these articles here first before shutting down Webroot.

But if you have to shutdown Webroot ..right click on the system tray View Status/Shut dwon protection.

Hope this helps and if not get back to us,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may add to what Sherry has advised...quite correctly...that you should not need to shutdown WSA's protection to install Dragon.  Other app manufactures are sometimes over cautious on this subject; there can be some issues but generally you should not have any. I cannot remember the last time I had to turn off WSA's protection to undertake an installation.

What I would counsel on is that most likley if they believe that you will have install conflicts then it is likely that you will have issues when you try to run Dragon with WSA active. This is usually because WSA flags as bad (unlikley) or as undertermined (more likely) one of the Dragon components.  If that happens then please do come straight back here and we can certainly help you resolve the issue if it does in fact occur.
