How to unintall. Program asks why but does not uninstal

Welcome tto the Community Forums.
If you are having trouble uninstalling WSA you can try uninstalling inn Safe Mode or you can try using the command line opttion (running from a command prompt running with elevated rights) as described in this KB Article.
Hopefully one of those methods will sort this out cor you.
