I have downloaded a program that should be safe. I have asked around to make sure and everyone says it's fine so I need to know how to whitelist. Can someone tell me?

May I ask if the said file is being detected by WSA? If so can you supply an MD5 Hash? If you feel it's being falsely detected then you can always Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to Whitelist the said file or ask them to check it for you.
